Digital Project Management Certificate

UMass Boston’s Digital Project Management program prepares you to lead digital media projects from planning through production, quality assurance, and delivery. You’ll develop practical skills with industry-standard tools while learning to define project requirements; manage scope, budgets, timelines, and resources; and guide cross-functional teams through the production process. Taught by an experienced executive producer, the course draws on real-world production practices to help you solve challenges, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver successful digital experiences.
